Shipping Options

Standard Domestic Shipping (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth Warehouses)

  • Delivery Time: 2 – 7 business days depending on location
  • Flat Rate: AUD $9.95 per order
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over AUD $120 (excluding taxes and discounts)
  • Orders are dispatched from our main Sydney warehouse or regional hubs in Melbourne and Perth to ensure the fastest delivery.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1 – 3 business days (metro areas only)
  • Flat Rate: AUD $14.95 per order
  • Available at checkout for customers who need their vape products urgently.

Local Pickup (Sydney Only)

  • Customers located near our Sydney warehouse can choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  • Pickup address: 13 Archibald Ave, Waterloo NSW 2017
  • Orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

Mandatory Adult Signature (18+)

In compliance with Australian regulations, all vape deliveries require Adult Signature on Delivery (18+).

  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the courier upon delivery.
  • Orders cannot be left unattended or delivered to PO Boxes.
  • Failure to provide identification will result in the order being returned to sender.

Processing & Tracking

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of an adult signature, or refusal to accept delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Reshipping requests may incur additional fees.
  • Refunds for returned orders will be processed minus shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee.
